To add a new Legend to a page select the
Legend Edit tool from the toolbar.
Use the mouse to click on the location on the page where you want to place the
new legend. You can load an existing legend file (.LEG file extension) into the editor by selecting the
Open button on the editor toolbar.
A legend is a collection of cells divided into
rows and columns. Each column can be designated to be of a particular type. The
available types are:
- Symbol
A symbol can replace any existing tubes on the tubefield layout and the
number of symbols of that particular type and color are automatically
counted by ITL. There can only be one symbol column.
- Text
This is a regular text field.
- % Symbol Counter
Displays the percentage of the symbols that are in the layout.
- # Symbol Counter
Displays the number of symbols that are in the layout.
