TubePro Database
TubePro allows you to save inspection data to a Access database file
(.MDB). Since the database is Access based is fully searchable and can
be used for a variety.
- Historical
data mining
- Trend
predictions
- Current conditions
- Job summary. All the inspection done for a job can be saved in a
separate database and be distributed to a client. The client can
then download the free ISS - Database Viewer and view all the
inspections that was made. The information for each inspection that
can be viewed is Tube Map Drawing, Tube Inspection Report, Project
Report and a 3D model of the exchanger if available. All the
information displayed in the viewer is read-only and can not be
changed.
When a TubePro
project is saved to the database file is populated with the following
data:
- The entire TubePro TMI file.
- A metafile containing the tube map drawing
- The Project Report in Excel format
- The Tube Inspection Report in Excel format
- Summary information regarding the inspection client and location
etc.
- A summary of the tube conditions, ex. # tube with defects
between 30% -40% etc.
- Detailed information regarding each tube in the exchanger
- Detailed
information regarding each defect found in the exchanger, allowing
for multiple defects per tube.
