Creating a Hair-Pin Exchanger Project

To create a Hair-Pin Exchanger you first create a project in TubePro 2D that has two identical sections.
After that you import the 2D TMI file into TubePro 3D and setup the Y-Offset for each section so that they
match the actual unit. The set the Unit Type (under Bundle Geometry) to Hair-Pin and the two sections will
automatically be connected with U-Tube bends. You will also have to edit bundle data such as tubesheet
diameters and baffle geometry. Note that you can specify different baffle geometry for the top and bottom
part of the exchanger as shown below.
