Tube Report Template Editor

This tool let's you control the look of the Tube Report. You can set the print headers and footers and set what columns of tubes data you want to include. It's very common to setup a few different Report Templates that are used for different clients and inspection types.

The report template is based on a basic spreadsheet and is edited in the same way. The tools on the button bar lets you and and remove rows and columns, set borders, change fonts and text alignment and more. Rows and columns are sized by moving the space between the row and column headers.

As you see above some are some cells and text fields that has text in them that are surrounded by [ ] brackets. These brackets tells TubePro that the contents inside should be evaluated as a variable and the value should be extracted from TubePro. In the 'Left Side Text' in the Print Header Setup section the value for [CLIENT NAME] will be taken from the field with the same name in the Job Information in the Properties window in the TubePro main window. The text in the print Header setup fields will be printed on top of each page on the Tube Inspection Report.

The cells in the Report Setup section works the same way except for that the values comes from tube variables instead. When the report is created a row will be added for each tube in the project. You can add an evaluation value (i.e. a tube variable name within brackets) to a cell by clicking in the cell you want the tube variable and then select one from the 'Available Fields' list. Once the tube variable is selected it is added to the cell.
