Saving Selected Files to a Tube List File

You can save a list of selected files to a MultiView LST file by selecting 'Save Tube List' from the 'File' menu.
After you do that the 'Save Tube List' window will pop up.


Manual Tube Selection
The Save Tube List window floats on top of TubePro allowing you to manually select or un-select tubes on the drawing by clicking on them with the mouse. To manually select and un-select tubes you use any of the selection tools available of the main menu.
 


Auto-Selection
You can have TubePro automatically select tubes for you by clicking on the Auto-Select button. The tubes that was selected will be highlighted and you can manually select or un-select tubes if you want. A number of options are available for selecting the tubes.

• Percentage of tubes to select:
  This sets the number of tubes from the section that you want to include in the list.
• Include Tube Zone/Section Data?
  Writes the zone and section data to the file.
• Include tubes from all rows in section?
  The auto-selection ensures that at least on tube from each row is included in the tube list.
• Include all outside tubes in the section?
  This option selects all the tubes that are defining the outside of the section. If the amount of selected outside tubes does not exceed the percentage specified then inside tubes will be added to the selection.
• Include first and last tubes in each row?
  Selected the first and last tubes in any row. If the amount of selected outside tubes does not exceed the percentage specified then inside tubes will be added to the selection.
• Select inside tubes randomly?
  This will make a random selection of the inside tubes, if this is not set the the Auto-Selection will be balanced across rows.
