Requirements:

  • Windows XP SP2 or later operating system.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
  • 1024 x 768 or greater screen resolution and True Color (32 bit) graphics card setting.
  • You must run the installation as an Administrator! On Windows 7 start the installation by right-clicking on the setup file and then select 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu.

Error messages during Installation:
If you receive a message at the end of the installation saying that there was a problem with the installation and that a custom action could not be performed then this is due to a UAC (User Account Control) setting. To solve this problem and complete the installation you should do the following:

  1. Open the Windows Explorer by right clicking on the Windows Start button and selecting Open Windows Explorer from the pop-up menu.

  2. Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\TubePro 4.0\ISSSSG', right click on the file Setup.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu.

  3. Complete the installation of ISS-Advanced Reporting by following the instructions.

  4. Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files\TubePro 4.0\ISS - PDF Support', right click on the file Setup.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu.

  5. Complete the installation of ISS - PDF support

Important PDF Printing Note:

If the PDF printing does not work after the installation is complete then follow steps 1 through 5 listed above.

Please contact ISS support or your software vendor if you have any issues with installing or running TubePro.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Download and save the TubePro 4 setup file:

    TubePro(4.3.7_276)_Setup.exe

  2. Start the installation by running the saved setup file.

    You must run the installation as an Administrator!

    On Windows 7 start the installation by right-clicking on the downloaded setup file and then select 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu. If you do not do this then parts of the installation could fail. See item 7 below for more information.

  3. If you have a TubePro USB HASP key then insert it into a USB slot on your computer. 

  4. TubePro 4.0 is launched by selecting the TubePro 4.0 shortcut in the TubePro 4.0 folder. If you are running the trial version on Windows Vista or later then you have to run the software as an administrator! This can be done by either editing the properties for the program short cut or by doing a right click on the TubePro program icon and selecting Run as Administrator.

  5. Trial Version
    If you are installing the software as a trial version you will be asked for an unlock code the first time you run it. If you are shown a HASP Activation Screen instead of the Trial Version screen then click on the Run as Trial button in the lower left corner.

    Email the serial number that is displayed along with your contact information to:     sales@htcsoftware.com and we will send you the unlock code. 

  6. Unlocking a USB HASP key (optional)
    If you are asked to unlock your USB HASP key during the startup of the program, then enter the TubePro serial number and the Unlock Code you have been issued by your sales representative and click on the Unlock HASP button. If you are running a trial version you can also unlock a USB HASP key from the Tools menu in the program.

  7. If you receive an error message during the startup of the program saying that either the file mscoree.dll or ISS_SSG_WRAPPER_2.tlb is missing then this is due to that the ISS - Advanced Reporting application was not installed correctly. Do the following to correct this:

    1. Make sure that the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on the computer.
    2. Go to the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\TubePro 4.0\ISSSSG' or 'C:\Program Files\TubePro 4.0\ISSSSG', right click on the file Setup.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' from the pop-up menu. Then follow the instructions to install the ISS - Advanced Reporting application.
